What these automations do: They turn the Audience Growth pipeline into a task engine. Every time a deal moves to a new stage, the next required action is automatically created as a scheduled activity — so the SMM never has to figure out what to do next or remember to log it. The pipeline stage becomes the source of truth: move the deal, get the task. No dropped follow-ups, no manual logging. Automation #6 also bridges the two pipelines — when a prospect books a discovery call, the deal automatically transfers to Jason's NCA Pipeline at the correct stage, handing off to the sales process without any manual intervention.

Go to Settings → Automations → + Add automation. For each: set the trigger, then add the action. Build in order.

All pipeline/field/filter work was built directly via PipeDrive REST API. The account API token is in Jason's 1Password. Zapier Zap wiring (Kit → PipeDrive routing, Twilio SMS, Pushover alerts) is a separate workstream — coordinate with Jason on timing once automations are in place.
